STARTER PACK
Every session is all about you - with a focus on technique to encourage your best quality movements. You'll learn more and gain a stronger understanding of what work best for you. These session are tailored for; rehab, special conditions, pre & postnatal, beginners, athletic or recreational performance - those intended to consistently set health goals or enjoy one-on-ones. We’ll create a session that targets your specific goals, offering everything from stretch and release to a full-body challenge, based on where you are and where you want to go
Along the way you get to know all the equipment, from the Cadillac to the Wunda Chair, Fuse Ladder, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Baby Arcs and a range of small props.
Private Pilates
We get it—jumping straight into a group class can be intimidating, especially if you’re just starting out or haven’t been moving regularly. Private sessions offer a safe space to get you moving with 1:1 instruction. We’ll get you comfortable with the equipment, reacquaint you with your body, build your strength, and show you the ‘shapes’ your body can make. And if group classes aren’t your thing, that’s totally fine too.
We’re here to help you recover from injury, or even get you prepped and strong before and after surgery. We’ll work closely with your medical and allied health professionals to make sure your recovery is on point.
Injury Recovery, Prevention, Surgery Prep & RECOVERY
The perfect complement to your current training and gym, running, dance or sports routine; Pilates will work on imbalances in the body, especially those caused by the repetition of competitive sports. Develop the supporting muscles around your main drivers for more efficient breath and movement.
Sport & DANCE Specific Training
Improving balance, posture, strength and mobility are often the biggest goals with our Pilates clients. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, posture, and mobility, train for a hike, try a new activity, feel stronger or simply keep up with the kids or grandkids, we’ve got you covered. Whatever your goal, we’ll tailor each session to help you achieve it.

Our Kids & Teens Private Pilates sessions at Exhale 4017 are designed to make movement fun and engaging for ages 6-17. We focus on building strength, coordination, and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises. Each session is tailored to your child’s unique needs, whether they’re managing conditions like Hypermobility, Osgood-Schlatter, mobility or postural restrictions, or aiming to excel in sports and dance. We make sure they stay active, healthy, and confident in their growing bodies - —with plenty of fun along the way, even if it comes with a few side smiles and eye rolls from the teens!
