Please note: The desired length of any other class type is specified on the schedule for the respective session and may change if the desired class numbers are not met. By attending classes, you are accepting the potential change of the class time.

Studio Pilates - Private and Small Group classes have only 1, 2 or 3 clients at a time, and each client will have your own program modified for your needs. You also make use of all the Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Arcs) so you can exercise in a variety of ever-interesting ways!

We use Pilates principles and integrate them into an individualised exercise program specific to the needs of each client. After assessing and determining the main cause of a client’s issue or goal, Pilates is used as a tool to improve movement patterns, optimise performance and limit the risk of injury

Energy increase - Pilates gets the breath and circulation moving, stimulates the spine and muscles, and floods the body with the good feelings you get from exercising the whole body.

Injury Recovery - Pilates is safe and effective way to rebuild strength and function after an injury. Working in conjunction with your medical & allied health practitioner can help accelerate recovery by creating plans to help rebuild strength in a safe, supervised manner.

Accelerated Results - Whether is sports performance, coordination, strength, flexibility, concentration our studio classes help progress clients faster towards their goals.  

Deeper Self Awareness  - Clients develop a understanding of strengths and limitations and can identify improvements and notice when alignment, posture or mindset is slightly off.
