Our initial consultations are designed to help you commence a strong foundation for your Pilates practice. All new clients must attend an Initial Consult. This includes beginners to experienced clients.
STARTER PACK
Every session is all about you - with a focus on technique to encourage your highest quality movements. You'll learn more and gain a stronger understanding of what kind of moves work best for you. Exercises tailored specifically for; rehab, special conditions, pre & postnatal, new to Pilates, athletic or recreational performance - those intended to consistently set health goals or enjoy one-on-ones.
STARTER PACK
Small Group (Semi Private) Pilates studio sessions are 1:2 or 1:3. Semi-Private Pilates Equipment sessions give you access to the large Pilates equipment and a personalised program. Spice up your practice. 45 - 55 minutes.
*All new clients to Exhale 4017 wanting to participate in a reformer class must complete 1 foundation class. Private foundation inductions and classes can be arranged by contacting us directly. Please note, these are not suitable for rehabilitation. Refer to our Private & Small Group classes sessions.
Our Exhale 4017 Reformer classes are as lush or challenging as you make it. It has a slightly spicer tempo yet focuses on technique and form. These classes are built to challenge you, and build in a particular muscle group, movement pattern or exercise! 45 minutes of complete mind, body & breath connection that will put a spring (or may a little wobble) in your step. STARTER PACK
The Pilates Mat work forms the foundation of the Pilates method. A Mat class includes a series of exercises performed on a soft mat on the floor with small props. While we work up a good sweat, everyone can move around comfortably and get challenged at their own pace. Suitable for all levels.

We focus on low impact strengthening to help with growing bodies and bones and not overdo it. Through Pilates, teenagers can gain better body awareness and coordination, working the entire body and enhancing overall health and wellbeing.Do you have a teen excelling in sports and dance? Kids Pilates sessions are Mat based and suitable for ages 7 - 12. Classes are 40 minutes and we work on coordination, body awareness breathing and help build confidence, strength and flexibility. Of course we try and make it as fun as possible! Need a specialty class for kids, chat to us directly.
