Our Initial Consultation Private classes have been structured with the aim of establishing a solid foundation for your Pilates journey.

Concentrating on conscious breathwork, suitable core engagement, connecting the mind and body, and correct alignment and form, this introduction class encompasses all of the fundamentals of the practice.

Our initial consultations are designed to help you commence a strong foundation for your Pilates journey. 

All new clients must attend an Initial Consultation before attending a regular class. This includes beginners to experienced clients. In this session we cover the fundamentals of the practice. These sessions also explain the safe use of the equipment, basic exercises, and key Pilates terminology, alignment and breathwork.
